Cold Deck Molding
Rogan has cold deck technology in place with both its horizontal and vertical LSR molding equipment. Cold deck injection molding reduces the volume of LSR material used during molding by eliminating sprue and runner waste. The result is lower material costs and increased productivity. These savings are significant when molding the complex parts that are Rogan’s specialty. Cold deck technology results in faster molding cycles and cost-effective LSR molding.
With this system, we can efficiently and cost-effectively mold both intricate small parts and larger parts measuring up to 12 inches square.
