Silicone Molding - Rogan is molding Bondable Liquid Silicone (LSR) that can bond, on the molecular level, with thermoplastic substrate parts. Combined with unique tooling and processing techniques, this emerging over-molding technology allows Rogan to consolidate silicone rubber and plastic into a single composite part.

Multi-Shot Injection Molding - Multi-Shot injection molding provides molecular bonding of materials into an integral one-piece component with great precision. Rogan has years of experience working with a wide range of engineered materials, ranging from ergonomic "SoftTouch" thermoplastic elastomers to rugged high impact polymers.

Insert Molding - Our many years of experience allows Rogan to develop innovative insert molding solutions. Our capabilities include molding plastic over metal components, or "over-molding" thermoplastic elastomer around another molded part for larger "SoftTouch" product.
